Shutter Notes

I know that I say this every year but every year I'm shocked that we're already finished with summer. The kids are back in school, the weather is (finally) feeling a bit cooler and I even spotted my first Christmas decorations in the store. It's that time again. We've been busy preparing for the Fall and Holiday season here at Tak Photography. We're looking forward to the changing colors as we take outdoor pictures. We even introducing a new venue that was introduced to Amee in May ... Lake Catherine. Amee had several opportunities to photograph there this summer and it was AWESOME! Again, we're looking forward to seeing what it looks like in the fall! Also new this season (by popular demand) we're going to be offering volume discounts on 4x6s and 3x5s.

Additional Venue offered with Park Days

New this year we're going to be holding two of the Park Days at a new Venue ... Lake Catherine. Amee first went to Lake Catherine in May and it is absolutely stunning. If you'd like to take advantage of a session at Lake Catherine you'll need to sign up for Friday, October 22nd or Saturday, October 23rd.

On Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th we'll be at our usual spot in the always beautiful Deep River County Park!

Remember, these sessions are by appointment only and the spots do fill in quickly. If you're interested in being photographed either of these two weekend please contact Tak Photography quickly.

Volume Discount on
4x6s and 3x5s

It has been the most requested change to our pricing menu to offer volume discounts on 4x6s and 3x5s in time for the holiday. Many of you like to offer your friends and family an additional picture in your Christmas cards. You've asked ... we've listened.

During the months of October, November and December
50 or more 4x6s may be purchased for $1.60 each
50 or more 3x5s may be purchased for $1.50 each

Please note that these prices are only in effect for the months mentioned. The print must be all of the same pose.

2010 Christmas Cards

2010 Christmas cards are designed and ready to be purchased. As always this was an incredibly fun process of designing and I am looking forward to seeing all of your photos help make them truly spectacular!

This year we will be offering three different sizes:
4x8 - our most popular size
5x7 Horizontal Folded
& 5x7 Horizontal LONG Folded

All of our sizes come with the appropriate envelope.

storybook gallery wraps

All Storybook products are offered in a stunning 10x20 gallery wrap format. You choose your own picture to be printed on the wrap and it will arrive to you ready to hang with a wire hanger. Gallery wraps are a beautiful way to decorate a nursery, living room, or any room in your home or office. Please allow up to 4 weeks for product delivery.
